Service.

Your access to and use of the Nusantara platform and the Nusantara Stablecoin (NIDR) services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Nusantara provides a platform to facilitate access to the NIDR stablecoin, a digital asset designed to maintain a stable value relative to the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), enabling users to engage in digital finance activities within our ecosystem.

Nusantara operates under the stringent regulatory guidance and surveillance of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Indonesia. However, please be explicitly advised that the final digital asset/finance license has not yet been issued. We are currently in a critical compliance period to finalize all necessary licensing requirements.

To be eligible to use our services, you must be of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Access is strictly contingent upon the successful completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification requirements, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any illicit activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other acts that violate Indonesian or international laws. We reserve the right to freeze accounts or report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nusantara specifically clarifies that service availability and our current licensing status are subject to ongoing regulatory compliance and the final approval of the OJK. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nusantara shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the pre-licensed status of our operations or any regulatory actions taken by the OJK or other governmental bodies during this compliance period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
